Before setting the Document Data Manager options you should carefully plan how you want your data tracking to work and look. Find out what the requirements are from your database administrator or contact AlphaCorr™ about the capabilities of sharing your critical design information with outside database systems. You will be able to tie the fields in the Data Manager to fields on geometry and/or spec sheets for production and reporting. These decisions are usually made prior to installation of the system and are set up during installation.
