Try Before You Buy

Live Web Demos
AlphaCorr offers live screen-sharing with our experienced sales and technical staff so that we can answer your questions and concerns directly, making you feel confident that this is the best software for your needs.

Low Monthly Subscription
Want to try it for yourself? A minimal investment in a hardware key and a monthly subscription offers you a low risk commitment to try the software for yourself. You can even return the hardware key (see terms below) if you’re not satisfied.

Technical Support

Should you have a problem with your software after purchasing, the following resources are available to resolve your issue:

Subscription (Rental) Customers
Customers on a monthly, quarterly or yearly subscription are offered premium support services to resolve any technical issues with their AlphaCorr software. Training on the general use of the software, however, is not included.

Permanent Licenses with Support Contract
Legacy customers who have purchased permanent licenses and are under a current support contract are also offered premium support services to resolve any technical issues with their software. Software training is not included.

Permanent Licenses without a Support Contract
Legacy customers who purchased permanent licenses and are not under a current support contract are offered support services for the first 60 days after initial purchase to resolve any technical issues with their software. After 60 days they will be invited to purchase a support contract and/or upgrade to the current version.

Training

Hourly Web-based Training
Live, one-on-one screening is available for hourly training over the internet and telephone for a fee. Usually a customer with a small amount of CAD experience can become comfortable with the software in just one or two hours or can call us to arrange help with a particular feature.

On-site Training
Customized one-, two- and three-day courses are available including installation, set up and training with our software to run on your particular set up. A daily charge and travel expenses apply.

Refund Policy

Software Licenses
After purchase, refunds are not available on permanent licenses, nor monthly, quarterly or yearly rentals or subscriptions.

Hardware Keys
Hardware keys may be returned within 30 days for a refund less a 15% restocking fee.

Manufacturing & Sample Making Equipment
Cutting tables, laser cutters, printers and other equipment are subject to the terms and conditions specified in the contract signed when the order was placed and are generally not eligible for refund.
